Improve "Volumes" section of README.md

Problem
Currently there are 2 choices in the Volume section of the README.md. This is causing confusion. Instead feature "Example #2" and put a link to show how to weave a docker container into a host-based "system" install.
There are other areas of confusion surrounding "Volumes", improve upon those, too.
Fix
Update text of https://github.com/Senzing/template-docker/blob/master/README.md#volumes and propagate to all GitHub repositories that have a "Volumes" section.
How to propagate fix
In each of the issues below, replace the "Volumes" section in the README.md file with the version of "Volumes" seen in this template-docker repository.
