Replace cp with `systemd-repart --copy-from`

Using systemd-repart might speed up copying and make it a bit robust.
The drawback is that it does not provide progress information out of the box.

Fixed in 46a46f5. Sadly this is not as seamless regarding drag-and-drop as I would have hoped for proper functionality...might revisit this later
