Plus any additional instructions for what may be required to go from the care minimum variables required for PEGR to run, versus as the other variables are filled in and included.

I think it only requires starting the PEGR service on the server, but I don't believe that this detail is mentioned anywhere in the instructions or in the notes in that file.
