Queue Form upload Error Correction

The Queue form upload process now correctly outputs errors in upload, however it would be better if this was communicated to the user BEFORE the upload actually occurs.

There should be a pop-up window communicating detected errors in the Queue form along with a 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' button to allow the user to go ahead anyways or cancel the upload.

Let's 'break' the upload if it detects an error instead of the rollback
