Given name to unzipped "runInfofile" file needs an update

PEGR provide runInfofile in in response to GET API request in the following format: runInfoUNIQUEDIRNAME.tar.gz which is good. However, after unzipping the file, the folder name is "runInfoNull". It is better that the unzipped name also contains unique raw directory name.
