Re-structure the PDF report on PEGR

Closed this issue · 0 comments

For each sequencing cohort, PEGR produces a dynamically generated report:
https://thanos.vmhost.psu.edu/pegr/report/show/1287

Clicking the print icon produces a print-friendly version of this that contains a subset of the data:
https://thanos.vmhost.psu.edu/pegr/report/print/1287

We need to re-structure the Print-version to reflect our current standards of evaluation.

  1. Keep gel images as is

  2. Table 1 should be this information:

We can remove the Natural ID as it's redundant with the other information
  1. Table 2 should be this:

But remove 'Mapped read count' and add % Uniqued Mapped Read count and % Deduplicated count next to each raw number column
  1. Remove the entire 'Peak and Peak-pair Statistics' table

  2. Remove the Reverse-complement motif in the motif table and place the corresponding composite plot instead
