Add samples to a project from a sample search

New feature to allow user to add samples directly to a project from viewing a selected set from the sample search.

1. Search for and select samples --> Click "View Samples"

2. Add new button from "View Samples" page to pull up a new menu

3. The menu could have a searchable pull-down (like searching users to add to project) to select a project to add to

4. The project name options displayed for selection could filter according to the search
