While on the MEME html file page, if you click "Submit/Download" for one of the motifs, the logo appears in the wrong spot, obscuring some of the buttons. Probably not an issue with PEGR itself, we might just need to update to the latest version of MEME.

This is no longer an issue, and it was fixed by using a newer version of MEME.
