Relaunch won't pull latest

Hello,
When we try to relaunch a pipeline, the pull latest option does not work. It won't pull latest commit ID. Instead we have to find the latest commit ID and paste it in the revision spot. Is there a way to ensure pull latest will work?

Can you please provide more details? which compute environment are you using?
