Link to latest raw file

We had an issue where we linked from a README to a raw_file for a gist. But as raw_file always requires a version, we had to update the README each time as well.

It would be nice to have a raw link which always points to latest version.

Sounds good. Gists can have multiple files, so it's difficult to enable dropping file id by default. However, when a gist has only single file (as is the case for your README), it works fine.
