Driver code in enc28j60.c does not contain necessary changes for Rev 4 and
5 chips - especially the ESTAT.CLKRDY anomality - as stated in the
microchip errata (see
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/80264d.pdf).
