how to trigger pipeline by new dataset input

Hi Sergio, I went through all your source code and articles, just want to know how to trigger pipeline when new dataset is ready.

My understanding is to implement a continuous training concept by new data input, we need to build a new data monitor system and trigger the whole workflow.
