Create deliveries service.

Integrate real-time delivery tracking into the Deliveries Service. This feature should allow users to track the status of their deliveries in real-time, from dispatch to final delivery. Implement integration with major courier services to fetch and display tracking information. Provide an API endpoint to retrieve tracking updates and a user interface to display the delivery status.
