Can't run sims for enhancement shamans on 10.0

Describe the bug
Sims won't run for enhancement shamans

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/topgear' page
2. Paste the /simc output
3. Select the desired sim options
4. Click on 'FIND TOP GEAR' button
5. See error

Invalid SimC Input:

    Error: Canceled
