Primal Ritual Shell not simming using the currently selected buff

Not really sure if this is a "bug" or if this is even the correct place to post this. The trinket seems to be simmed using the default mastery buff that it comes with. My character currently has the "flame turtle's blessing", but when I sim, the report is showing the mastery buff proc under "dynamic buffs" in the full report.

Apologies, I'm apparently very bad at paying attention. Just noticed the dropdown in the options to select your buff. Once again, apologies.
