Accept LogLevelSwitch as optional parameter

Current Console sink accepts level switch. However LiterateConsoles does not.

Thanks for the report!

The literate console sink has been replaced by the console sink - switching to that package is recommended. All of the literate features should be supported over there. We're not planning any updates to this package in the near future.
