Change Default Values of Filters To 28 Days Period

A short while ago MG changed the default period for createdAt start/end to last a duration of 28 days instead of 3 days. Changing the default filters will help keep consistency as well as make calling tourney regions easier as their default may crash since most of the times they don't have matches played until 7 days later.
