Mouse inputs not being read

I'm unable to close the welcome message or interact with the menu with my mouse. However, my controller and keyboard inputs are still being read. Is there any way to fix this?

In the launcher or in-game? And have you enabled "Hide Mouse Cursor"?

This is in game, "hide mouse cursor" is not enabled.

Sorry for the two-week-long wait, but I think it might be because the game doesn't recognize your mouse, unlike other games like MGR:R. You'll need to interact with the menu using only your keyboard, which isn't all that hard.
