Add CLI tutorial to wiki

Currently, the wiki tutorial and documentation is focused on programmatic use of Transposome. It would be good to have a more basic description of the command line usage, from start to finish, with reproducible scripts/data.

Though not complete at this stage, an example has been created and specifications for the main summary files are included in the document. Specifications for all the output will also be included.
