可能是torch版本不对，https://discuss.pytorch.org/t/importerror-key-already-registered-with-the-same-priority/86271。
检查一下是否是pytorch报错，如果是，可以尝试新建一个conda或者venv环境后安装torch==1.6.0（直接pip install -r requirements.txt即可），或者直接pip install torch==1.6.0。新建一个环境之后安装CPU版本的torch应该直接就能用了
