Get prompts-ai updated with current package.json plus other functionality

[ ] - make sure packages are updated
[ ] - make sure no errors on load webpage
[ ] - local tests running and QA
[ ] - adding davinci-codex (i have access) to list of engines

I created the fix and now creating the issue for it. I will create a pull request and work on this from my code base.
