Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A Telegram Token and a ChatID are requested to send notifications, but it'd be great to know what kind of API token is requested, Telegram allows you to create different kinds of it.

A clear documentation
Thank you.
Found the steps using ChatGPT and it worked.
To obtain the Chat ID and Token, follow these steps:
- Open Telegram and search for "BotFather."
- Initiate a conversation with BotFather and use the "/newbot" command to create a new bot.
- Follow BotFather's instructions to assign a name and username to your new bot.
- Once created, BotFather will provide you with a Token; save this token, as you'll need it. It looks like this: "55532342367:ARDLzheGCue-DF4-h3kLfKGXbXEc"
- Now, on Telegram, initiate a conversation with the new bot and send it any message, like "Hello".
- Then open the following URL in a web browser: https://api.telegram.org/bot<YOUR_TOKEN>/getUpdates
- For the previous step you need to replace <YOUR_TOKEN> with your actual Token.
- Look for the "id" field in the JSON response. The associated value is your Telegram Chat ID. It looks like this: 145673626
Hope it helps.
