Need to find/build new Notebook host. Azure ML now has file size limitations.

We can no longer run our older notebooks from Azure ML, because the original data set sizes are just a little larger than Azure ML's new data set size limit. That said, one of us needs to either find another Notebook host or simply deploy Jupyter Notebook hosting on a server somewhere.
