Site Freezes Up on Second use of Tab to move Focus from Radius to Time Period

Expected behavior

Whenever tabbing off of radius, search is executed with dates unchanged.

Actual behavior

When tabbing off of radius a second time, dates are set to invalid.

Steps to reproduce

launch sfcrimedata.org
change Address to 155 9th Street, San Francisco, CA, USA
change Radius to 1400
change Time Period to Last Month
mouse click in Radius text box and enter 1500
press Tab
Dates change to Invalid date - Invalid date
Map spins forever
