Updates to make

north arrow scale bar stuff in survey config file
highlight target waypoint - this is labeled as $TGT_NAME,XXXX in log file for each dive. So won't say next waypoint but will say waypoint for this dive.
create zoomed in plot?
Hillshade to bathyplot?

Draft zoomed in plot exists. Need to add scale bar.
