modify readErmaReport to work with ws files and output csvs

All detections may not get uploaded during the mission. Encounter and detection csvs are stored on WISPR SD card, so those could be retrieved after recovery, after getting the acoustic data.

Adapt readErmaReport to be able to deal with either of these?
