[Feature request] date pattern formatter (replace fixed icon options)

I mostly write this request to say thank you for the app. I love it, very much. Stuff I did not know I want until someone showed me. It removed my clock status icon and Calendar Dock icon. 👍

I was wondering, why dont you make the first icon part also format string editable? Just reuse the code from the hour formatter for the boxed / outlined date format too. I feel a little limited in the current choices, e.g., I'd like to have d.M. or d. whereas currently its either d. MMM or just d. I know, I could put this in the time formatter but then I loose the nice box.

PS: there are a few open issues that seem done and could be closed ;-)
