LV2: Load/Open SFZ file/folder issues

This at least on Linux:
- the LV2 file dialog opens by default in the sfizz plugin path, which is not great.
It would be nice to save somewhere the last used directory and open it instead. - when trying to open the SFZ folder in the default file manager nothing happens
These 2 issues doesn't happen in VST3.
