Embedded sample CI bug

The embedded sample test fails on Github windows CI. I can't reproduce it on my local machines.

Actually bugged on linux once too.

It seems to build now (here), though there are some odd "warnings":
1. Failed to locate test files at the end of the Build Tests step
2. Parse error in "." at line 1: Cannot open file for reading: in Run Tests
3. CTests returns a No tests were found!!!, though it not fails.

IDK if these are about resources or built binaries.
