can not use notepad++ to edit file

I want to use notepad++ to edit a file on the mapped drive, but it is saying as following
"Y:\home\xxxx\licensecc\pyenv.cfg" cannot be opened:
Folder "Y:\home\xxxx\licensecc" doesn't exist.
What is the problem? Can you solve it?

reboot computer. it is working now.
