I can't run some of the code at present, because some required data files are not in the repo. Please would you added the required files. I added to the script the following comment when I needed a file that was not present: ## Please add required data file(s) to repo

required files added in Results/ folder.
I tried to use here() as much as possible in Preliminary_report.Rmd
Currently, in my windows here() is not working with knitr::include_graphics() option, Rainer tried that - no clue. Uriah also told his experience with here() sometimes not working. I'm not sure - if you can solve - great! otherwise I am leaving it for now. I will search in stackoverflow() later.
