Acceptance

• The tool looks for a configuration file in a standard path on the file system instead of wherever the tool is installed locally.

Analysis

This will be required to publish the tool as a package as otherwise it will be a mess to store and use the configuration file.

The path might be configurable later but for now, let's keep things simple. 😄
