Upgrade to current stable zookeeper version

Hi,

The zookeeper version 3.4.8 is marked as stable and has some interesting fixes like re-resolving addresses in case of a connection failure.

Unless there is a strong reason not to, could we get a release with the new version?

I raised #52 with the changes, similar to past PRs for the same purpose.

For testing purposes I've integrated the changes in the latest kafka branch (0.10.0) here: https://github.com/mangas/kafka/tree/0.10.0-zkclient-0.9-dev
