Prefixes not showing up in Tablist or above player with luckperms v5.4.98

What version of Bukkit/Spigot/PaperSpigot are you using? Type /ver
This server is running Paper version git-Paper-64 (MC: 1.20.1) (Implementing API version 1.20.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 12c9700)
What plugins are you using? Type /plugins
Please explain your issue. How do you trigger it?
It only shows the [DefauIt] prefix for everyone no matter what luckperms rank you have. I set up the plugin with groups and the permissions "nte.[groupname]" and set the prefixes accordingly. I added the permissions to the correct groups in luckperms. I have 13 groups in total and I have the Owner rank as priority 1 and the Default rank to priority 13 and all the other groups in between. I can't find a video on how to fix this so please help me.

I did it in the config instead of ingame and got it to work
