README misleading: ramdisk.img does not exist on AVD directory

The same ramdisk.img is used for all AVDs using the same system image, thus users should patch the ramdisk.img from <android-sdk>/system-images/android-<api>/**/ramdisk.img and copy back the patched file to that path. Remember to backup the original ramdisk.img.
