Does anyone have the solution for this error
Dependency Error: Yikes! It looks like you don't have pygments or one of its dependencies installed. In order to use Jekyll as currently configured, you'll need to install this gem. Since Jekyll 3 rouge is the default highlighter as far as I know. You might not have pygments installed. Run $ gem install pygments.rb. That should fix the problem.

I got the same issue, I downloaded Development Kit from here: http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/ installed it, and run commands above as kayspiegel mentioned. It worked perfectly for me, I'm using Windows 10

I am not able to open the downloaded file it is showing up... Error as can not open file (exelocation) as archive.... Need help
