The file will not work after downloading
Launch the exe, then click "ignore" on the warning message, also click "allow" on the popup windows shows and that's it, you should see an overlay popup with a pink bar saying "Damage". You'll get stats when doing damage in-game.

Download the LOA-Details-Setup-0.5.4.exe and run it, it's an app based on this dps meter with a few improvements.
How to do it？
Just do what the window says... copy your oo2net_9_win64 from the game's folder into the app's folder
