"WorkflowStatus? status" is not working

Hi Shankar,
I am new to testing LogicApps and would want to include this to our automated integration tests.
The WorkflowStatus is erroring in the current version of Azure.Logic nuget.
Do you know how to solve this?
Found that this still uses 3.0.0 version of the Azure.Logic nuget. If upgraded to 4.0.0, it breaks :)
