Date Differences are not shwoing in History Tab

Hi Steve,

In 'History' page date change differences are not showing properly like strike old value with red color and display latest value in Green Color.

In 'History Page' -> 'Changes'
, it displaying only old value not showing both old and new values also.
Can you please help me on this how to rectify this issue.
