Adobe has officially retired Trajan Pro and replaced it with Trajan Pro 3. It's quite similar to the older font, with added glyphs, but it's probably better to use as a fallback for users who don't have access to the older font. The new family has several new weights. TrajanPro3-Semibold is closest to TrajanPro-Bold.
On a related note, I believe I've identified the two fonts on the Coffers/Villager mat. The large text is Capitals, and the rules text is Barbedor Bold.

As a first workaround, the font-change feature described here in the forum is a possibility the use the new font locally. I leave this open and will check your mentioned fonts in the future.
