Ability to turn on and off Home Monitoring alarm

@shauntarves I'm curious if you've looked into the Home Monitoring parts at all and whether you think it would be possible to control the alarm, specifically setting it in Home or Away mode or turning it off. I'd be happy to take a crack at building it if you think it's possible and wanted to point me in the right direction.
