Set Up Social Frameworks

@andallas probably has the most experience in this area and knows what tools to use. We basically need the following:
- Facebook Setup and ready to go
- Twitter Setup and ready to go
- Google + Setup and ready to go
- Some tool to allow us to manage our posts
- A normal schedule of meetings to discuss what we are going to post
- A game plan of how to roll out social

Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ accounts have already been created, but have not been setup/customized. We still need:
- Bio written
- Cover/Header images
- Logo/avatars
