Feature request: bordered active window with an accent color.

This is something I've been looking for recently. I love the focus dimmer and I'll be using it, but I'd also like to have a focus border as well. The one that comes with Windows isn't quite noticeable enough for me.

Or customizable color overlay for the dimmed background.
This is specially useful in dark mode UIs, that you can't discern very well witch window is actually dimmed.
