I updated the display to show the proper caveat or criteria icons based on the question, not the section (previously caveats only shown for DC and MM and criteria only shown for A). It also now will include both the caveat and criteria icons if the question triggers both. However, during this review, there were a couple other design issues that came up and should be discussed.
- There is no icon shown if the answer to the question does not trigger anything. Currently just a blank space. This could be the best way to go except currently it conflicts with the next concern.
- The icons ignore positive attributes. This was an intentional design decision in the beginning for displaying the icons in the influential answer section. However, when displaying the icons on the answers page, it gets more confusing. Answers without an icon (most likely interpreted as affecting no options) could also represent answers that only trigger positive attributes.
For the detailed view:
- Met criteria are shown in the icon, but are not listed in the detailed pop up view
- Positive attributes are listed in the detailed pop up but not shown in the icons
- If nothing is affected, there still is a drop down arrow (leading to nothing)
- When affecting both, the details will only show caveats or criteria, not both (depending on the question)
