Using the admin search to open a fishery sometimes fails

A fishery results fails to open when clicking on it in the admin search results. Instead the website hangs and just shows the loading bar.

A short term workaround is to refresh the page at this point. This triggers a new inquiry to the database and loads the results.

I have published a fix for this. Also, I added some more error checking code, so that results will load in other obscure workflows where it would just spin, for example: loading a search fishery, then using the sidebar to go back to your homepage and load another fishery, then click back until you returned to the original fishery.

This should stop the Tool from hanging anytime loading results. If you see this occur, let me know.
