License for deriving?

I've derived a color theme from Groovy Lambda and distributed with one of my plugins (https://github.com/e-wrks/edh-vscode-syntax), I feel need to include https://github.com/sainnhe/gruvbox-material-vscode/blob/master/LICENSE and one from here, would you like to add one? If you include license statements of Gruvbox Material, I think I just need to include yours.
