[Feature] Add a 'count' for todo-list items ("favourites")

What is your feature request?

If I'm microcrafting a series of dependencies for something, it's useful to know "okay I need 6 rods and 3 machine-frames" or whatever - keeping track of that visually by scolling the mouse-wheel over one of the 'favorites' would make it so much easier to work through a large crafting task.

(i.e. for each step, it'd be right in front of me, instead of needing to manually navigate to the "parent" task, potentially to multiple parent tasks, and count up the amount I need of the thing I'm about to make)

I believe this functionality exists in another mod, as I saw a streamer use it once; but I couldn't possibly tell you where it comes from!
