[Feature requests] Some fixes and improvements to the game menus.

[K0-RR]

• Fix scroll bar in options not being clickable
  You can't click on the black area to move there, you can only click and hold the bar.
  

• missing spacing in the Options/Controls between the nested section for choosing keys and the main section. [yes I know nobody cares about this at all] Horizontal misalignment between the 'choose a key' button and the Done button by a pixel or two
  

• Capitalize letters in the Options/Controls for better look and consistency.
  

• Move the Show Subtitles button to better position aka fix another mojang weirdness...
  
  

• Compact pause menu.

• Move the FOV slider to the video settings.
  Should be placed next to the FOV Effects slider because it would fit there nicely and there is also an empty space for a button so it would be symmetrical now.
