[1.20.1] Fluid Potion Effect messes up gui (Inverted textures/Invisible gui/Invisible chat/Invisible f3)

Turning on the Fluid Potion Effect option will make having any potion effect to result your screen to invert block textures, hide your gui, chat and f3 screen. Picking up and moving blocks in the inventory/creative will also be inverted.
