Built version doesn't work

I followed the instructions from https://github.com/alixaxel/chrome-aws-lambda#aws-lambda-layer
I created a new layer with the resulted archive chrome_aws_lambda.zip

When I try to use it I get this error

The error is not present when I use the arn:aws:lambda:us-east-1:764866452798:layer:chrome-aws-lambda:22 layer.

I run the process on another machine ( Linux this time ) and it worked.
